Hiking is a wonderful way to get outside for fresh air, breath taking scenery and some great exercise!  There are a wide variety of hiking trails near the Fox River from paved paths, to beaten dirt.

Your local forest preserve has trails that are easily accessed.  You can lean more about forest preserves by visiting the links to forest preserves HERE.
